2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Service by any third party. You further agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by General API and its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links or integrations to third-party websites, applications, or services. General API is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those services.

6. Fees and Payment

Certain features or usage of the Service may be subject to fees. If you choose to use a paid feature or service, you agree to pay the applicable fees in a timely manner. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.

7. Termination

General API reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time, but you will remain responsible for any outstanding fees or charges.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. General API does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall General API be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and General API regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. General API’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
